If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the website. Additional written agreements may apply to paid services. If a signed client agreement conflicts with these general website Terms, the signed client agreement controls for that engagement.
Description of Services
Nucleo Way LLC provides managed appointment-setting, lead-response, follow-up, qualification, scheduling, and related business services under the Get Remodel Appointments brand. Specific services, fees, timing, and responsibilities are agreed upon separately with each client.
Our services may use third-party platforms. We do not guarantee the availability, performance, approval, deliverability, or results of any third-party platform, telecommunications carrier, communications provider, or other service.
Lawful and Acceptable Use
You agree to use the website and services only for lawful purposes. You may not interfere with website operation, attempt unauthorized access, transmit malicious code, misuse communications features, infringe another person’s rights, or use our services to send unlawful, deceptive, harassing, or nonconsensual communications. Clients remain responsible for the legality of their offers, contact data, consent practices, messaging, and use of configured systems.
Intellectual Property
The website and its original content, branding, design, text, graphics, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Nucleo Way LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view the website for your own legitimate business evaluation. You may not copy, republish, sell, distribute, or create derivative works from our materials without prior written permission, except as allowed by law.

Consent to receive marketing messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service. Providing a telephone number by itself does not constitute consent to receive text messages.
Frequency and Charges

Opt-Out
You may cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. We may send one final message confirming your opt-out. No additional program messages will be sent after that confirmation unless you opt in again. To resume messages, complete the opt-in process again.

Carrier Disclaimer
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Telephone-Number Changes
Please notify us before changing or deactivating a telephone number used with the program so messages are not accidentally sent to a subsequent owner of that number.

Read our Privacy Policy. Mobile opt-in information and consent are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Limited operational service providers may process information only to provide services for us.
Age Eligibility

Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect, and the unenforceable provision will be enforced to the greatest extent permitted by law.
